the location was incredible. Being right in front of the lake in the central part of Verbania was a dream. I loved waking up to the breathtaking view from my room's balcony. Not to mention, the hotel is very near to Lugano airport, making it convenient for travelers. Secondly, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. They made me feel welcome and took care of every detail. Lastly, I was impressed with the comfortable bed in my room, ensuring a good night's sleep. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and the breakfast was delicious.

The location is fantastic, right on the main plaza and with beautiful views of the lake. the staff is attentive and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the hotel also offers free parking options, which is a great convenience.

We had an amazing New Year's stay at this hotel! The breakfast had a great selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that the hotel was located right by the lake and there were many restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy. The free parking option was also a great advantage for us.
The noise was a bit too much for us at times. We could hear the staff members cleaning and talking from early mornings and that made it difficult for us to rest. The shower door was also a bit hard to open and close, which made it slightly uncomfortable to shower.
